Therapy

We provide traditional talk therapy, along with options to integrate mindfulness practices and therapeutic yoga. Sessions are 50-60 minutes long. Areas of service include:

  • suicidal ideation/ self-harm

    We believe in liberation and inclusivity. Our practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, trans affirming, sex positive and rooted in fat liberation principles. We celebrate bodies, identities, and experiences in all their forms.

 

Stillness Sessions

A Stillness Session is a private, guided meditation and mindfulness experience designed just for you. Together, we’ll create space to quiet the noise, reconnect with your body, and explore your inner world with compassion and presence. These sessions are personalized to your needs and intentions, offering a gentle pause from daily stress while helping you cultivate deeper awareness and peace within.

Currently offered virtually, so you can experience stillness from the comfort of your own space. Sessions are generally 60-minutes long.

 

Stillness Circles

These small-group sessions offer a shared meditation and mindfulness experience designed to foster connection, grounding, and inner peace. Guided with care, each session creates space for you and your group to slow down, release stress, and deepen awareness together. The practice is tailored to the group’s needs, blending quiet reflection with gentle mindfulness techniques to support both individual and collective well-being.
